30-DAY REFUND POLICY

Esolvz Dsouza Infotech Private Limited “Doing Business As” (DBA) www.esolvz.com software is available on a “Try-Before-You-Buy “ basis; there are free 30 day trial of the software for evaluation to ensure that the software meets your requirement and correctly functions on your system. If you wish to buy our software, we recommended that you first download and evaluate before you decide to buy. Making it a risk-free method we ensure that you are happy with the software and are buying what you need.

Dsouza Infotech Private Limited “Doing Business As” (DBA) www.esolvz.com has a one call refund policy. We want you to be totally satisfied with your Software purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of any of our products for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange for a Refund/Exchange. Once we receive a request refunds are processed within 7- 10 business days, then it takes another 3-5 days to be credited to your credit card.

Upon receiving a refund you shall cease all use and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software for which you no longer possess a valid, purchased license. Dsouza Infotech Private Limited “Doing Business As” (DBA) www.esolvz.com reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.

Refunds are only processed after receiving a request via email from the registered email address in our records. Please send your email to customercare@esolvz.com. We do not process requests over chat and phone. Terms which may void the refund request are:

  1. If you are requesting for a refund from an email address which isn't the registered email address.
  2. If you are requesting for a refund to a credit card which wasn't the same as the one which you used to process payment while placing an order for your subscription.
  3. If you have placed a request by any medium besides email.
  4. If software purchased for the wrong platform
  5. If you are unable to operate the software in your computing environment.
  6. If you are unable to use the software due to an operator error.
